So never be ashamed to tell others about our Lord.

When we love someone, we become excited and want everyone to know. We spend a lot of time praising all the good qualities in this person and will share with anyone who wants to listen. As believers, this is how we should feel about Jesus! How can we love Him and keep it bottled up inside of us? We should want to tell everyone we meet about Him, letting them know that He died for our sins and because of Him, we can have eternal life. Sadly, many believers are ashamed to tell others about Jesus. They live quietly, never sharing about the goodness, mercy and love of Almighty God.

As children of God, we have a mandate to share and tell others about Him. We cannot leave it to the other person. Some people are reluctant to talk about God, because they feel embarrassed, fear rejection and humiliation or may lack knowledge about the Word of God. Others are silent because they don't want to offend anyone, be ostracized or they just feel intimidated to open up about their love for God. There's no excuse for not telling others about Jesus and we will be held accountable for all the missed opportunities. Knowing God and having a relationship with Him is the best thing anyone can experience and we cannot remain silent. We have to tell others about Him.

Thank you Lord for loving me. I cannot imagine my life without you and I pray that I will use every opportunity I get to tell others about Your love, mercy and goodness. Give me the courage and strength to speak up and may my life always reflect you. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
