.......Because you are precious to me. You are honoured and I love you.

Isaiah 43:4 NLT Bible

There are so many people around us today, who feel unloved, rejected, lacking in self-esteem and they believe that no one cares. It's difficult for them to lead fulfilled lives, because they feel unworthy, inferior and unloved. They need to know that they are precious, honoured and loved by God. We may not experience these feelings, but we do have a responsibility to reach out to those who feel this way. Many things may be responsible for these negative and unhealthy emotions. People may have been rejected at an early age, been ostracized by their peers or suffered through many other things.

Whatever the reasons, everyone needs to know how much they matter to God. His love for us is unconditional and we are precious to Him. There's no need for anyone to live in defeat or to feel worthless. We serve a God who loves us so much that He sent His Son to die for us and this verse needs to permeate our spirits and cause us to shake off our feelings of inadequacies. We are precious and we are honoured and loved by Almighty God.

Thank you, Lord, for loving me. Sometimes I feel inadequate and unloved, but I shrug it off because I know You love me and I am precious in Your sight. Help me to be an instrument of Your love to those who are struggling with negative emotions. I love you, Jesus. Amen!

Be Blessed!

1 Corinthians 13:1-7 NIV

1. If I speak in the tongues a of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal.

2. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing.

3. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, b but do not have love, I gain nothing.

4. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.

5. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.

6. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.

7. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

For He will order His angels to protect you wherever you go.

Psalm 91:11 NLT Bible

Many of us have heard of people who've had encounters with angels. In fact, some of us may have had similar experiences. We found ourselves in a dangerous situation and just when we thought harm would befall us, God sent an angel to protect us. Some are quick to dismiss this, but the Word of God tells us that He orders His angels to protect and watch over us. There are many accounts of ministering angels in the Bible. When Daniel was thrown in the lion's den, an angel of God closed the mouths of the lions, and he was saved from death. In the book of Acts, the apostles were put in jail and an angel opened the gates of the prison and set them free.

The angels of God are around us today and they are commissioned to protect us. We don't know what can happen on any given day, but when we are dwelling and abiding in the presence of Almighty God, we can go about our daily activities knowing that all will be well, because guardian angels are watching over us, protecting and preserving us from harm and danger. The only prerequisite is obedience and faithfulness to God.

Thank you, Lord, for sending Your angels to protect me. Many times, I've been in difficult situations and Your angels have rescued and preserved me. Lord, help me to always be obedient and faithful. I love you, Jesus. Amen!

Be Blessed!

Proverbs 3:1-6 NKJV

1. My son, do not forget My law,
But let your heart keep My commands;
2. For length of days and long life
And peace they will add to you.

3. Let not mercy and truth forsake you;
Bind them around your neck,
Write them on the tablet of your heart,
4. And so, find favor and high esteem
In the sight of God and man.

5. Trust in the Lord with all your heart,
And lean not on your own understanding;
6. In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall direct your paths.

Bible Verse for March 16th.

“Give and you will receive. Your gift will return to you in full - pressed down, shaken together to make room for more, running over and poured into your lap. The amount you give will determine the amount you get back."

Luke 6:38 NLT Bible

As children of God, this is a principle we need to live by. In fact, giving should be a way of life for us. We do it because God commands us to give and also because we love Him. When we give generously and willingly, God opens doors for us, puts the right people in our path and blesses us in ways that we never imagined. This, however, should never be our motive for giving. Some of the happiest people around are those who freely give of their finances, time, skills and knowledge to those in need. They experience so much joy when they witness the transformation that takes place in the lives of the ones they've helped.

There are many people who give but do so grudgingly and sparingly. God wants us to give freely and abundantly. There's nothing to be gained from hoarding what we have. We should always be looking for opportunities to give. They are all around us, in every nook and cranny. God sees our hearts and knows our true motives for giving and will reward us accordingly.

Thank you, Lord, for all You've given to me. I pray that I will always have a generous spirit, that I will freely give of all that I have with no thought of reward, but simply because of my love for You. I love you, Jesus. Amen!

Be Blessed!
