Bible Verse for October 27th.

The Lord will work out His plans for my life.

Psalm 138:8

We all make plans and some of us more so than others. We plan regarding our schedules for the week, the clothes we want to wear, meals we're going to have and so much more. There's nothing wrong in doing this. In fact, in many instances it gives purpose, clarity and order to our lives. We then go a step further and plan our careers, our relationship goals and what we'd like to be doing in the future.

The Bible says that God will work out His plans for our lives. It's not our plans but His. This means our job is to surrender and commit our lives to Him. When we do, everything falls into place and absolutely nothing can hinder His plan and purpose for us. It may not happen as quickly as we'd like it to, but we need to be patient knowing that God will fulfill His promise.

Thank you Lord for Your faithfulness. I know You will work out Your plans for my life. I surrender all to You. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
