It's easy to take people and things for granted. We regard our family, health, jobs, relationships and so much more as commonplace. However, it simply takes a tragedy, illness or any other difficult circumstance for us to open our eyes and really appreciate all we have. Suddenly, we're so thankful for the simple things in life.
We view each day as a privilege, savouring every moment. We're so grateful for our loved ones and friends and we regard life as moments to be treasured. God wants us to be thankful for all we have. Words of thanksgiving and praise should always be on our lips. We need to purpose in our hearts to live in an attitude of genuine and heartfelt thanksgiving.
Thank you Lord for Your many blessings. Help me to live in an attitude of praise and thanksgiving. Thank you for my life, home, family, friends and other provisions. I love you Jesus. Amen!
