Bible Verse for June 8th.

As the clay is in the potter's hand, so are you in My hand.

Jeremiah 18:6

It's an amazing process to see a potter transform a lump of clay into a beautiful and usable object. It requires patience, considerable moulding and shaping before the potter is pleased with the final product. Sometimes, it may not be what was envisioned, but the potter does not discard the clay. Instead, he painstakingly and skilfully reshapes it until another beautiful object is created.

As believers, we are like clay in the hand of the Potter, our Heavenly Father. He is constantly moulding and shaping us into what He wants us to be. It's an ongoing process that can be long, tedious and even painful at times, but we have a choice. We can resist or willingly submit ourselves to God and allow Him to mould and transform us. We need to let go and let God have His way in our lives.

Thank you Lord for being my Potter. I submit myself to you and pray that You will have Your way in my life. Mould and transform me into what You want me to be. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
