We don't know what our future holds, but thankfully we know that our future is in God's hands. Many of us spend countless hours planning and preparing for tomorrow, and there's nothing wrong with that, but we need to surrender our future to God. He has carved out a path for us and He alone knows what tomorrow will bring.
Some of us are afraid of the future and agonize over what can happen. When we do this, we can never enjoy the present moment we're in because we're always worrying about what lies ahead. God wants only the best for us. We are the apple of His eye. He knows what the future holds and He has abundant blessings in store for us. We cannot let our circumstances define us. Instead, we must surrender our dreams, deepest desires, mistakes and failures to God, relinquish control and allow Him to chart our future.
Thank you Lord for my future. I don't know what tomorrow holds, but I know You hold my future in Your hands. Because of that, I have hope. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
