Bible Verse for May 13th.

So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus.

Romans 8:1

Many believers are living in self-imposed condemnation. They know they've been forgiven of their sins and have been set free to live fruitful and rewarding lives, yet they spend so much time in beating themselves up about past transgressions. They allow their past mistakes to haunt and convince them that they're not worthy of God's love, grace, mercy and forgiveness.

We must come to terms with the awesome truth that God does not condemn us. He's forgiven us of our wrongdoing and now we're free to serve Him. We need to let go of the inner turmoil, guilt and shame and move forward on the path God has set before us. We may still have to deal with the consequences of our past, but God will equip and empower us to handle whatever comes our way.

Thank you Lord for Your forgiveness. Today, I let go of any shame, guilt and condemnation I may have. Help me to move forward in freedom and fulfil my destiny. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
