Getting wisdom is the wisest thing you can do! And whatever else you do, develop good judgement.

Wisdom affects our behaviour and influences the choices we make in life. Lack of wisdom can cloud our judgement and cause us to make wrong decisions, sometimes with devastating consequences. Wisdom allows us to use the knowledge we've acquired to make wise choices that are pleasing to God. We need to look to God and His Word for knowledge and wisdom. When we do, we develop good judgement.

Many of us are fortunate enough to have people in our lives whose wisdom and sound judgement we value. God wants us to be wise and everything we need to acquire wisdom is found in His Word. As we allow His truths and precepts to fill our minds, we grow in knowledge, become wiser and develop a clearer understanding of the path we should follow to live for God.

Thank you Lord for Your wisdom. Fill me with godly wisdom and help me to develop sound judgement and make decisions that are pleasing to you. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
