Our God is kind and compassionate but He is also a just God who sees everything we do and rewards us accordingly. There's nothing we can hide from Him and the principle of sowing and reaping guarantees that whatever we sow in life is exactly what we will reap later on. If we sow seeds of hatred, discord and strife in our homes, at the office or among our friends, we will be subjected to isolation and unhappiness later on. We've often heard it said that what goes around always comes around and this is certainly true.

Everything we do will impact our future and we must invest our time in sowing seeds of love and kindness and centre every action on things that are good, pure and noble. If we foolishly invest in trivial and meaningless pursuits, we will reap the rewards of a wasted life. Every moment is precious and it's up to us to sow good seeds that will please God. It's the only way we can reap a bountiful harvest of goodness, peace and joy.

Thank you Lord for being a just God. I know that I will harvest exactly what I sow, so I pray that I will always sow seeds of goodness and kindness. Help me to realize that every moment is precious and I need to use it wisely. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
