Bible Verse for March 26th.

After looking in all directions to make sure no one was watching, Moses killed the Egyptian and hid the body in the sand.

Exodus 2:12

Moses witnessed an Egyptian beating a Hebrew slave and he was so angered that after looking around and seeing that no one was watching, he killed the Egyptian and buried his body in the sand. Soon after, he saw two Hebrew men arguing and when he tried to intervene, they accosted him with what he had done. They had witnessed what Moses did, but above all, God saw it, in the same way He does every single thing we do.

There's nothing we can hide from God and our sins done in secret can carry devastating consequences. They may go unnoticed for awhile, but eventually they catch up with us. Some may secretly cheat on exams or steal when no one is looking, others may engage in illicit affairs or be hooked on pornography when no one's around. Whatever 'secret' sin we engage in, God sees it all and sooner or later, we will get caught and will have to endure the grave repercussions. The time is now for all of us to refrain from doing things that we know are wrong and we can, with help from Almighty God.

Thank you Lord for Your forgiveness. I know that You see everything I do and I pray that I will always do what is good and honourable, regardless of the situation. My desire is to please you, Lord. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
