So many times during the course of any given day, we find ourselves faced with situations that leave us bewildered and perplexed. These circumstances seem to come out of nowhere and we simply have no idea as to what we should do. Thankfully, as children of God, we have a solution. All we need to do is to ask Him for wisdom and direction to handle the situation before us. God loves and cares for us and will never turn us away or rebuke us for asking. Life is never 'smooth sailing'. When we least expect it, a 'curveball' comes our way. It could be problems with our loved ones, our health, finances, situations at work or a myriad of other unexpected challenges.
We are never left to our own devices to figure things out. God stands ready and waiting to fill us with the wisdom we need to deal with our situation. He sees the entire picture and knows the end result. We don't, but if we rely on His wisdom, we can make right decisions. His Word is filled with wisdom for any situation we may encounter and as we immerse ourselves in its truths, we become better equipped to handle the challenges life throws at us. We are not self-sufficient. We need the wisdom that only God can give. This ensures that we will make wise and godly decisions.
Thank you Lord for Your wisdom. I need Your wisdom and direction to get through the challenges that come my way. Sometimes I feel confused and bewildered, but I'm trusting you to guide and direct my steps. Lord, show me what I need to do. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
