There are many people who may be experiencing situations that are leaving them weak, weary, discouraged and forlorn. Things seem to be spiralling out of control and they just feel overwhelmed, tired and lack the energy and strength to go on. As children of Almighty God, we can turn to Him for strength and power. He never grows weak or weary and above all, He wants to strengthen and empower us.
We don't have to endure this trial alone. An all knowing God is already aware of the struggle that's trying to consume us. He sees us trying to sort things out on our own and understands our pain and frustration. We need to remember that He is the everlasting God, the Creator of the universe and allow Him to envelop us in His tender embrace, fill us with His power and renew us with His strength. There is nothing that can thwart God's plan and purpose for our lives. We may experience difficult and severe trials, but God's strength is sufficient. He will not allow us to crumble or fall apart. God will see us through to victory and love and joy will permeate our lives once more. We have to keep looking to Him.
Thank you Lord for Your strength and power. You know the struggle I'm facing and I'm so weary and weak. I feel alone and lost and need Your strength. I know that with Your help, I will get through this crisis. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
