Bible Verse for March 7th.

Let all that I am praise The Lord; May I never forget the good things He does for me.

Psalm 103:2

Our God is a holy and awesome God and He is worthy of our praise. We need to be in a constant attitude of praise because there is so much that we have to thank Him for. Sometimes we can get caught up in bringing our needs to God and neglect to praise Him. Our praise must be genuine, coming straight from the heart and not just ritualistic. We can start by praising Him for His faithfulness, for loving us in spite of all our shortcomings, for His guidance, direction and His constant protection. God deserves our praise because He is our Saviour, our Healer, our Provider and Friend.

When we praise God, our spirits are lifted, it shows in our countenance and this in turn, serves as a witness of God's power and holiness to those around us. We need to recognize that when we praise God, the enemy trembles and has to flee. God inhabits our praises and He begins to work on our behalf as we worship Him. Praise ushers us into God's presence and we are strengthened and edified as a result of this. We should never forget to praise Almighty God.

Thank you Lord for loving me. I worship and praise You for Your faithfulness and goodness. Lord, may I never forget to thank You for all that You do for me. I love you Jesus. Amen!
