Bible Verse for March 6th.

We will not hide these truths from our children; we will tell the next generation about the glorious deeds of The Lord, about His power and mighty wonders.

Psalm 78:4

As children of God, we have a mandate to share our faith with our children and grandchildren. It's a legacy that we must pass on and the most important thing we can give to them. The desire of every parent or grandparent is for their children to know God, to love and serve Him and we need to be actively involved in perpetuating this, if we want future generations to grasp the wonder and power of God and have a relationship with Him.

First of all our lives must be examples, reflecting Jesus in all we say and do. We need to teach them about God, to share from His Word, to recall His goodness and faithfulness and the need for having Him live in their hearts and lives. If we fail to do this, our descendants will not know about Jesus and what He means to a lost world.

Our days are numbered and we will not be here forever, but we must do everything that we can to ensure continuity of our faith and belief in Almighty God. We will be held accountable and we need to pass it on. It's our responsibility.

Thank you Lord for Your faithfulness. Help me to be faithful in sharing Your wonderful deeds and goodness to my children and grandchildren.Let my life be an example, to always reflect You. I love you Jesus. Amen!
