1 Timothy 1:15-16 NLT

15. This is a trustworthy saying, and everyone should accept it: “Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners”—and I am the worst of them all.

16. But God had mercy on me so that Christ Jesus could use me as a prime example of His great patience with even the worst sinners. Then others will realize that they, too, can believe in Him and receive eternal life.

John 16: 12-15 NLT

12. There is so much more I want to tell you, but you can’t bear it now.

13. When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own but will tell you what he has heard. He will tell you about the future.

14. He will bring me glory by telling you whatever he receives from me.

15. All that belongs to the Father is mine; this is why I said, ‘The Spirit will tell you whatever he receives from me.

But when the Father sends the Advocate as My representative—that is, the Holy Spirit—He will teach you everything and will remind you of everything I have told you.

John 14:26 NLT

Holy Spirit, be a comfort to me. Lead me Lord through paths of righteousness. Thank You for coming alongside me during the year. As I prepare to enter a new year, fill me to overflowing with Your love and let others sense Your presence in my life. I love you Jesus. Amen!

When you obey My commandments, you remain in My love, just as I obey My Father’s commandments and remain in His love.

John 15:10 NLT

Lord I thank You for the words of encouragement as written in the scripture verse. I pray that I will always be obedient to Your commandments. I love you Jesus. Amen!
