Bible Verse for February 16th.

To everything there is a season, a time to every purpose under heaven. A time to be born and a time to die.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-2

It's been said that there's just a simple dash between the time we are born and the time we die. That tiny dash represents all that we do while we're on earth. As believers, it's important that we make every moment count. We are flawed and imperfect, make mistakes and hurt people along the way, but we ask forgiveness and move on with purpose and determination not to repeat our past transgressions.

We need to be thankful for each new day, have an attitude of gratitude and praise, be of service to others and live each day to the fullest. We are to tell of God's love and saving grace and reflect Him in all we say and do. As children of God, we need to leave a heritage of godliness and righteousness for our loved ones and friends. We never know when our time on earth will end and it's important to live each day with purpose and passion for Him. 

Thank you Lord for loving me. Help me to live each day for You. Lord, let my life reflect You in all my thoughts, words and deeds. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
