The Lord gives His people strength. The Lord blesses them with peace.

Oftentimes we feel devoid of strength and peace eludes us. No matter how hard we try we don't seem to be able to rise above it. Many things can trigger these feelings and we have to be able to quell them. Our health may have taken a blow, our finances are in shambles, relationships are strained and the list goes on and on. We feel weak, afraid and lack inner peace.
We don't have to suffer like this. God has promised to give us strength and to bless us with peace. This is His promise to us and no matter what life throws at us, we can be assured that He will be faithful. Of course, we must do our part and seek His face, commit our cares to Him and spend time in prayer and in His Word.
Thank you Lord for Your strength and peace. Give me strength each day to face the challenges of life and let Your peace overflow in me. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
