Sometimes we need to be reminded of the simple yet reassuring truth that God is always at work. At times we may feel that He's forgotten us and that we're all alone but that is far from the truth. In the natural, things may seem hopeless. Our finances are rapidly depleting, our health isn't improving, a relationship with a loved one is worsening and the list goes on and on. We feel defeated because of what we're seeing.
We need to remember that God is always at work and it's during these difficult and painful moments we need to trust Him. He wants us to rely solely on Him. We have to draw close to Him, be patient and avoid grumbling or complaining. God is never asleep and is always working on our behalf. Our prayers will be answered.
Thank you Lord for caring for me. I know that You are always at work and I don't have to worry or despair. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
