As a new year dawns upon us, we need to remember that the past year is gone and there's no need to dwell on it. For some of us, it may have been a year filled with sickness, pain, financial pressures and many other hardships. However, we need to leave them all in the past. We can build on the good things, learn from our mistakes and failures and with help and strength from God embrace and look forward to what lies ahead.

My wish is that this will be a year filled with peace, joy, good health and happiness for all and that we would also enter into a deeper and richer relationship with Him.

Thank you Lord for the opportunity to embrace another year. Help me to not dwell n the past, but to look forward to what lies ahead for me. May I honour and glorify you in all I say and do. I love you Jesus. Amen!
