Bible Verse for July 3rd.

....Those who hope in me (God) will not be disappointed.

Isaiah 49:23

Many people put their hope in material things which are temporal and can vanish in an instant. Others put their hope in people and relationships expecting that they will find the happiness they so badly desire, only to be disappointed. As children of God, our hope should be in Him alone. When we trust in Him, we will not be disappointed. We may still experience setbacks and difficulties, but when our hope is anchored in God, things will work out. We must keep hope alive and never give up.

Sometimes we may lose hope when our prayers aren't being answered, but this is exactly when we need to trust and believe that God will answer. Today, many of us are praying for the salvation of loved ones, turnaround in the lives of our children, restoration of broken relationships and so much more that's specific to each one of us. We must continue to hope in God. He will not disappoint us.

Thank you Lord for being My hope and anchor. Things will vanish, people will disappoint and fail me, but my hope is in you alone. I know that You will hear and answer me. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
