Bible Verse for May 15th.

A wise person chooses the right road; a fool takes the wrong one.

Ecclesiastes 10:2

Oftentimes while driving, we see signs advising us of speed limits, road closures, detours, sharp curves, traffic lights ahead and many more. If we are wise, we obey these signs. Foolish people choose to ignore them and ultimately wind up hurting not only themselves, but others in the process. As believers, being on the right path is critical to our relationship with God and if we are wise, it's the path we will always gravitate towards.

Acquiring godly wisdom should be uppermost on our minds, as it equips us with the knowledge that's necessary for making right choices. There are times when we arrive at crossroads in life, and without godly wisdom, we are in a quandary as to which road we should take. Foolish people go mindlessly along the wrong path and ultimately suffer the harsh consequences of their bad decisions. Choosing the right path is easy if we rely on God for guidance and direction.

Thank you Lord for Your wisdom. Fill me daily with godly wisdom so that I can choose wisely and make right decisions. I want to always be on the right path and my reliance is on you alone. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
