When something great happens to us, we become excited and can't wait to share our good news with loved ones and friends. As believers, our relationship with God is the most important thing in our lives, yet, many of us don't share our faith with others. We know Jesus as Saviour and recognize His awesome deeds, but for reasons of our own we remain silent, never telling anyone about the great God we serve.
We have a mandate to share the Good News but many feel ill-equipped to do so. They think their knowledge is limited, they're scared, nervous and afraid of being ostracized, don't want to offend anyone or think that someone else can do it. However, we have to let go of these excuses, take the first step and simply tell someone about Jesus. As we do, it becomes easier and easier. Our lives must reflect Jesus, but we cannot be silent believers. We must use every opportunity to proclaim the saving power of Jesus.
Thank you Lord for Your love and goodness. You've done so much for me and I want to tell everyone about Your love and faithfulness. Let me never miss an opportunity to do so. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
