Bible Verse for March 7th.

People can never predict when hard times might come. Like fish in a net or birds in a trap, people are caught by sudden tragedy.

Ecclesiastes 9:12

We can never predict what can happen from one moment to the next. We know how we would like things to unfold, but it's out of our control. We don't know when hard times might hit us and like fish caught in a net or birds in a trap, tragedy can hit us suddenly. Farmers can work tirelessly to ensure a good harvest, but storms, floods and drought can hit without warning and entire crops are lost.

We are never immune from tragedy. An accident can happen suddenly, a loved one can die without warning or a tornado can destroy our home in an instant. We simply don't know what can happen. Thankfully, we don't have to go through hard times alone. God is with us and because of Him, we can pick up the pieces of our broken lives and forge ahead. It's difficult, but we must never allow difficulties and tragedies to define us. God is with us and brighter days are ahead.

Thank you Lord for watching over me. Hard times have hit me without warning and I feel lost and unable to carry on. However, I know that in you I can find the strength to carry on. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
