Bible Verse for June 28th.

For "Everyone who calls on the Name of The Lord will be saved."

Romans 10:13

This verse holds such a wonderful promise, letting us know that everyone who calls on the Name of The Lord will be saved. It includes young and old, rich and poor, those from every ethnicity, country and social background. We are all equal in the sight of Almighty God and all that's needed is to call out to God, repent of our sins and salvation is ours.

Good works is not a guarantee of salvation and ultimately, eternal life with God. It requires repentance, acknowledging Jesus as Saviour of our lives and then living for Him. When this happens, a transformation takes place within us. Life takes on new meaning and our desire is now to live for God and to serve Him for the rest of our lives. Today, many people are still lost and need a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This is the perfect time to repent and call on His Name. It is the best decision anyone can ever make.

Thank you Lord for Your gift of salvation. Forgive me for the things I've done. I repent of my sins and ask you to come into my heart. Cleanse and purify me Lord, I love you, Jesus. Amen!
