Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever.

People and things are constantly changing and evolving and it's difficult to keep up with everything that's taking place. Thankfully, we serve a God who does not change. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. Our friends, jobs, status, relationships, feelings and so much more can change. In fact, if we're not careful, our values and beliefs can also change because we allow ourselves to be drawn to strange and new ideologies that are openly flaunted.

In the Word of God we see Jesus as our Healer, Deliverer, Strength, Protector, Provider, Saviour and Shepherd. He has not changed and is still the same today. We don't have to look elsewhere for what we need. Everything we could possibly desire can be found in Almighty God. In an ever changing world filled with turmoil and uncertainty, we need to fix our eyes on Jesus and put our trust in Him, our God who is still the same.

Thank you Lord that You are the same yesterday today and forever. In the midst of an ever changing world, I look to you Lord. Help me to keep myself centred on you alone. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
