The blessing of The Lord makes a person rich and He adds no sorrow with it.

Some people will do whatever it takes to get rich. They have no regard for the honesty and hard work that's a necessary part of being successful and can be quite unscrupulous in the way they acquire their wealth. They think nothing of trampling on others to get what they want. However, when success and riches are gained through devious and dishonest means, there's always pain, heartache and sorrow attached to it.

God's desire is to bless us, to see us succeed in every area of our lives. When we look to Him for guidance and direction, He equips us with the knowledge, skills and creativity to pursue our goals. He is with us as we work honestly and diligently to achieve our dreams and He blesses everything we do. Whatever we attain is His gift to us and there are no strings attached to it.

Thank you Lord for Your many blessings. All that I have is a gift from you and I pray that I will always be honest and diligent in my quest for success. Help me to never be involved in anything that's dishonourable. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
