This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.

What a privilege to get up in the morning and acknowledge that this is indeed a good day that Almighty God has made. Every single day is a gift from God, one that we can use to glorify Him through worship and service to others. Many of us are so fortunate and privileged to live in countries where there is freedom......to worship, to move around and to express ourselves. We may not be rich, but our needs are met. We may not be in perfect health, but we can keep on trusting Him and declaring healing. There's so much to rejoice about that there's no need to be gloomy and fearful about what the day might bring us. We need to find pleasure in the simple things around us, have a a good attitude and surrender everything to God and praise Him for allowing us to enjoy another day.

Thank You Lord for this day that You have made. My heart is filled with happiness and gratitude for all the blessings You have given me. God, help me to use this day to honour you and to be a blessing to others. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
