As children of Almighty God, we need to live in a way that's pleasing and honourable to our Heavenly Father. Our lives must reflect Jesus. It means that we have to walk circumspectly and allow the Word to be our guide. We cannot allow others to influence our behaviour. Sometimes, we tend to 'walk a fine line' by participating in things that we know are wrong, simply because we just want to fit in with the crowd or don't want to be perceived as odd or peculiar. God's Word must be our guide and with His help, we can live victorious Christian lives that will influence those with whom we come in contact. As we continue to spend time in fellowship with Him, our thoughts will 'line up' with what God expects of us and it becomes easier to stand up for what we know is right and pleasing to Almighty God.

Thank You Lord for the wonderful gift of Your Son, Jesus. As I continue to reflect on Your goodness, I pray that You will give me the strength to live a life that's pleasing to You. Help me to not be swayed by what others are doing, but to live according to Your Word. I love You Jesus. Amen!
