Many of us are facing situations today that seem impossible. In the natural, it appears hopeless, but we are merely looking at it from a human perspective. With God, however, all things are possible. We may be in the midst of sickness, depression, our finances may be on a steady decline, job prospects are fading and our children are not serving God. Some may be in marriages and feel unloved and unappreciated, while others may be struggling with addictions and mental issues and hope has dwindled. The future seems bleak and discouraging. As believers, we cannot succumb to defeat. Sometimes we are guilty of 'boxing' God in and placing limits on Him.
We serve a God who changes impossibilities into possibilities. He parted the Red Sea and the Israelites crossed over to dry land while being pursued by the Egyptians. God Himself created this majestic world and He also provided the lamb for Abraham to sacrifice instead of his son, Isaac. This is the great God we serve and we must shake off complacency, fear and doubt and realize that God continues to make the impossible possible. As we wait, we have to keep on trusting, believing, serving, obeying and having faith that God will intervene. Healing, deliverance and restoration is on its way. We need to shift our focus away from our problem and focus solely on God. Everything is possible with Him.
Thank you Lord for answered prayer. You know the issues and challenges I face and I know that You will make a way where there seems to be no way. Help me to take my eyes off my problems, never waver in my faith and simply trust you to answer. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
