There are times when we all become discouraged and despondent when things don't seem to be working out for us. This verse holds a wonderful promise for the child of God. He loves us and has plans for our lives. New King James Version says that "God will perfect all that concerns me". This means that we have no need to worry, fear or doubt, because God's plans are perfect and He will complete what He's started in our lives.
Most times we are only seeing what is happening 'in the moment'. God however is seeing the entire picture and when we think that nothing is happening, He is behind the scenes orchestrating and perfecting everything. We need to put our confidence in God alone. He is faithful and never does an incomplete job. We have to keep on trusting, believing and obeying Him and allow ourselves to be pliable and workable in His Hands. God made us and He will never abandon us. His purpose will be fulfilled.
Thank you Lord that You are at work perfecting everything that concerns me. I pray for Your continued involvement in my life and I am so thankful that You will never abandon me. I love you Jesus Amen!
