Bible Verse for February 1st.

I love you Lord; You are my Strength. The Lord is my Rock, my Fortress and my
Saviour. My God is my Rock in whom I find protection. He is my Shield, the Power that
saves me and my place of safety.
Psalm 18:1-2

What an awesome God we serve. It's such an assurance to know that we serve a God who
is always with us, even to the very end and who will never leave us nor forsake us. He is
our Shepherd guiding us through the paths of life, our Healer who promises to heal our
infirmities, our Deliverer ready to free us from whatever holds us captive. God is our
Provider who has promised to meet all our needs, our Shelter and Refuge when we
encounter storms in our lives. He is our Strength when we are weak and weary and feel
like we cannot go on. He's our Comforter and Friend, cradling us in His arms when we
are lonely, sad and discouraged.

Almighty God is our Shield and Protector keeping us safe from harm and danger. He's
our Helper, giving us insight and wisdom when we simply don't know what to do. God is
also our Hope, providing us with the promise of a better tomorrow. He is all these things
to us, but most of all He's our Saviour, the One who died for our sins and because of that,
we are assured of eternal life with Him, if we allow Him to live in our hearts. There's no
greater joy and privilege than serving and worshiping God.

Thank you Lord for being my everything. Without You, I can do nothing. You know my
heart, my struggles, my insecurities and everything I'm facing. Thank you for always
being there for me and for answering me when I cry out to You. I rededicate my life to
you. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
