Bible Verse for January 5th.

The faithful love of The Lord never ends! His mercies never cease. Great is His
faithfulness; His mercies begin afresh each morning.
Lamentations 3:22-23

In an age where people are sometimes unfaithful to each other, how reassuring to know
that we serve a God who is always faithful. People may stop loving us, but our God does
not. We can count on Him to love us forever. There is no end to His love and kindness
for us. God's faithfulness keeps and sustains us during our periods of doubt and
weakness. He provides for us and protects us.
We all go through different seasons in our lives. Some may bring us immense joy and yet
some might be filled with pain and heartache, but as children of Almighty God we have
the assurance that we'll get through it because of His faithfulness.
If we just pause for a moment, we would easily recognize how faithful God is. He is
faithful in providing for our needs, in watching over us, strengthening us, forgiving us,
answering our prayers and the list can go on and on. Our hearts should be continually
filled with praise and gratitude for God's unending faithfulness.
Thank You Lord for Your faithfulness and Your mercies. I can face each day with
confidence because of it. Lord, I thank You for Your protection and provision. I worship
and love You, Lord Jesus. Amen!
