Bible Verse for January 30th.

But my life is worth nothing to me unless I use it for finishing the work assigned me by
The Lord Jesus - the work of telling others the Good News about the wonderful grace of
God.

As believers, it is our duty to tell others about Jesus. We are to be ambassadors for Christ.
Our lives changed when we accepted Him, so surely we would want others to know about
the saving grace of Christ Jesus. We need to be open to opportunities to tell others about
Him. Wherever people are, opportunities are present. Sharing about Jesus can be
somewhat daunting, but if we are willing, God will equip us with what we need. The
Holy Spirit will give us the right words to say at just the right time. We should never miss
an opportunity to be a witness for Jesus.

We cannot coerce anyone to accept Jesus. All we can do is tell them about Him, how
much He loves them, share what He means to us and leave the rest to God. However,
they should be able to see the light of Jesus radiating in our lives. There should be such
love, joy, kindness, compassion and peace emanating from us, that they would want what
we have......a relationship with Jesus. We are duty bound to tell those we come in contact
with, about the saving grace of Jesus. That's what God has called us to do.

Thank you Lord for saving me. I would be lost without You. Help me to be an effective
witness for You, to let others know that they need a relationship with You. Let them see
You in my life. I love you, Lord Jesus. Amen!
