Life is unpredictable. We don't know what can happen from one moment to the next. However, we don't have to go through life scared and apprehensive about anything life throws at us. As children of God, we can claim and cling to His faithful promises that serve as our armour and protection.
God is faithful and His Word is filled with promises of hope, renewal, restoration, strength, healing, deliverance, freedom, courage and much more. We can apply these to any circumstance, but to do so, we must know the promises found in His Word. When faced with difficulties, we can attack and defeat them with God's Word. There is always a promise to address anything we're facing at any given time. God's promises assure us that He is always with us and will protect and shield us.
Thank you Lord for Your faithful promises. They are my shield and protection and I boldly and confidently speak them over my life. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
