We may think we know everything, but in actuality, we don't. Our understanding is limited. God is the only One who knows everything. He sees the entire picture and we need to trust Him implicitly. When we rely solely on our own understanding, we often make poor choices and bad decisions. It's so much better to commit our plans to God, relinquish control and trust Him to lead us in the right direction.
Whatever we're facing today, we can trust God with all our hearts. We don't have to figure it out by ourselves or depend on our limited and sometimes biased understanding. All we need to do is seek His guidance and direction and He will give us insight and wisdom to make right decisions. We cannot do it on our own. Our trust and dependency must be in Almighty God. He will never fail us.
Thank you for being the Lord of my life. I recognize that I cannot depend on my own understanding. I need Your guidance and direction and my trust is in you alone. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
