When we know God, it makes a difference in our lives. Everything changes, our demeanour, our outlook on life, our willingness to serve and the way we treat others. It's as if we are seeing them differently, viewing them through eyes and hearts that have changed and are now filled with a deep love for God and others. A relationship with God changes our priorities and the things that we once deemed important are now diminished. Our desire is now to develop a deeper and more intimate relationship with God, to live according to His precepts and make a difference in the lives of those around us.

We need to let God's Spirit transform our thoughts and attitudes and help us to live righteous and holy lives. We must recognize that God has called us to a brand, new way of living that's totally dependent on His grace, strength and power. Some of the old things that we've said and done now seem inappropriate and displeasing, and our desire to live righteous and holy becomes the most important thing in our lives. A relationship with God changes us and impacts the lives of those around us forever. 

Thank you, Lord, for saving me! What a difference You've made in my life. Without You, my life would be meaningless. Lord, I pray that Your Holy Spirit will renew and transform every aspect of my life. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
