That is why The Lord says, "Turn to Me now, while there is time. Give me your hearts."

Joel 2:12 NLT Bible

So many people are aware that they need Jesus in their lives. They know they should repent and ask Him to forgive them of their sins and live in their hearts. Sadly, they procrastinate, thinking that they can do it tomorrow, next week or even next year. However, that time may not come for many. None of us can predict the future and we never know what can happen to us at any given time, so we have to be ready. This makes it imperative to turn to Jesus now while we have the opportunity.

When we give our hearts to God, He forgives us of our sins, wipes the slate clean and we are given a fresh start and a new beginning. Life takes on new meaning. We are now God's children, and we have the promise of eternity with Him. This is God's desire for us, but we must turn to Him, while we can. He is calling out to us, with outstretched arms, ready to forgive and restore us. We cannot put it off any longer. Now is the time to turn to Him and give Him our hearts. Our eternity depends on this decision!

Thank you Lord for calling me Your child. I cannot procrastinate any longer. I need You in my heart and my life. Forgive me of my sins and change my heart. My desire is to live for You all the days of my life. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
