The Lord keeps you from all harm and watches over your life. The Lord keeps watch over you as you come and go, both now and forever.

Psalm 121:7-8 NLT Bible

God has promised to keep us from all harm and to watch over our lives. A lot of tragic things are happening in the world today that's simply out of our control and so many people are afraid. They are nervous when leaving their homes and constantly looking over their shoulders. As children of God, we can go about our daily activities and not be worried and scared because He is watching over us. God is with us when we're at home, when we're driving, on the bus or in a crowded mall. In fact, He is always at our side.

We can close our eyes at night and sleep peacefully because God is protecting us. He keeps us safe from things, people and situations that can potentially harm us. We also need to also let our children know that God is with them, keeping them safe from harm and danger. We have to lift our eyes to God and acknowledge that our help comes from Him alone. We must obey, trust and believe in Him. He is our great God who loves us so much that He never leaves us unprotected but watches over us both now and forever. That is His promise to us.

Thank you, Lord for Your protection. My help comes from You alone and I don't need to be afraid because You are watching over me and keeping me safe. I know that you are always with me wherever I am. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
