I will call to You whenever I'm in trouble, and You will answer me.

What an assurance it is to know that when trouble comes our way we can call on God and He will not only hear, but will answer us. We may choose to call loved ones, friends and acquaintances, but they may be unable to help us. Thankfully, our God is always available and He's never too busy to hear us when we cry out to Him. We need to get in the habit of calling out to God and this can only happen as we maintain an ongoing relationship with Him. Thus, when trouble strikes unexpectedly, God is the first Person we will turn to. 

When we're stressed and overwhelmed, He fills us with His peace when we cry out to Him. When we are discouraged and feel as if the walls are closing in on us because of the trouble we're experiencing, God lifts our spirits and shows us the path we should take. God cares for us and whatever the situation, He has the solution, but we have to call out to Him.

Thank you Lord for hearing and answering my cries. I look to You alone during this troubling time in my life when I don't know which way to turn. Thank you for Your guidance and direction. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
