For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on His shoulders. And He will be called, Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

Today, as we celebrate the birth of Jesus, let us pause and reflect on all that He is to us. This verse encapsulates it all. Jesus is our Counselor and Guide. He is our mighty God and everlasting Father. In the midst of all the turmoil around us, Jesus is our Prince of Peace. We thank God for the indescribable gift of His Son.

May the real meaning of Christmas ring true in our hearts and minds and let us always remember that JESUS is the reason for the season.
