Bible Verse for February 2nd.

So let's not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don't give up.

One of my favourite Bible verses reminds us that we should never get tired of doing what is good. Many times we become fatigued and weary of doing what's right and feel like giving up. We're kind, thoughtful, caring and giving, always going the extra mile to be of service to others, but somewhere in the middle of it all, we've grown tired and wonder if it really matters. We feel unappreciated and physically and emotionally drained. However, these feelings must never deter us from doing good.

 Our good deeds will outlive us and we'll be remembered for our kindness, the care we extended and the people we ministered to. We cannot give up and we must persevere in doing good. When we feel tired, and at times we will, we can replenish and recharge ourselves by spending time with God. Then we can carry on doing good and being faithful servants. God has promised that at just the right time, we will reap a harvest of blessing, if we don't give up. 

Thank you Lord for Your strength. Sometimes I get tired of doing good and feel weary and unappreciated. Help me to never give up. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
