We thank you, O God! We give thanks because You are near. People everywhere will tell of Your wonderful deeds.

Oftentimes when we pray, we focus on our cares and needs and neglect to praise and thank God for His bountiful blessings. There's so much we should thank God for. He is a great and awesome God who is always near us, leading, guiding and watching over us. There's no end to the many things we can thank Him for.

God is our Saviour, Shepherd, Healer, Deliverer, Helper and Protector. He is faithful, His mercies are new each day and His love is unending. Day after day we can thank Him and testify to His wonderful deeds. Everything we have is all because of God. We can give Him thanks anywhere and anytime. As we focus on thanking God, our spirits are lifted and His peace floods our souls.

Thank you Lord for all You've done for me. You are great and awesome and I worship and praise you. Lord, You are my strength and refuge. I am nothing without you. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
