Every Word of God proves true. He is a shield to all who come to Him for protection.

We can read a lot of things and then question the validity of what we're actually reading, but not so, with the Word of God. Every word is tested and true. His Word is our ultimate guide for living holy and honourable lives, and as believers, we must know the Word. This means we must study it continuously and allow His truths to saturate our hearts and minds. We cannot change or pick and choose portions of God's Word to validate our choices and lifestyles.

Every promise in His Word is true and in it, we find the solace, strength, guidance and direction we need to navigate through life. His Word rejuvenates and transforms us and is an anchor we can hold on to during our stormy times. In times of doubt and uncertainty, all that really matters is what's written in His Word.

Thank you Lord for Your Word. It enlightens, guides, protects and encourages me. Help me to understand and apply Your truths to my life. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
