He makes the whole body fit together perfectly. As each part does its own special work, it helps the other parts grow, so that the whole body is healthy and growing and full of love.

God made us in such a special way with each part of our body being unique, with its own function, yet all working together in perfect harmony. This verse is a recipe for healthy and lasting relationships. The head of an organization cannot work alone to fulfill his vision. He needs a group of talented people to work alongside him, with each one working in their area of expertise, to realize the shared dreams and goals of the company.
As children of God, we are different and unique, with our special gifts and talents, but God wants us to work together with everyone doing what they've been called to do. We don't have to be critical or envious of what someone else does. We simply need to do our part to contribute to the growth of the relationship, as no one is more important than the other. When we work together, as God intended, we foster love, strength and unity.
Thank you Lord for my unique talents and gifts. Help me to use the gifts You've given me to work diligently for the growth of everyone and let me appreciate the work and talents of others. I love you, Jesus. Amen!
