Bible Verse for February 21st.

But whatever I am now, it is all because God poured out His special favour on me - and
not without results.
1 Corinthians 15:10

We all need to acknowledge that whatever we've accomplished, it's all because of God's
amazing grace and favour that He has so freely bestowed on us. Without Him, we were
lost, without hope and purpose, but He met us in our lost state and all that we are today is
because of Him. None of us deserved it, but God poured out His favour and blessings on
us and continues to do so. Each day, there's evidence of it in our lives, as He leads and
guides us through the complexities of life.

Are we extending grace to others in the same way? As children of God, we have to see
people through His eyes, to show them His love, favour and grace. Whatever they're
experiencing, our duty is to be kind, compassionate and merciful, not judgmental and
condescending. No one is perfect and we must continually ask God to fill us with His
grace, so that we, in turn, can extend it to others.

Thank you Lord for Your amazing grace. I don't deserve it, but You have given it to me
so freely and graciously. Help me Lord to show mercy and kindness to others, to build
them up, to minister to them in their time of need without judging or criticizing. Let my
life reflect Your grace. I love you Jesus. Amen!
